On 7th August 2008, Acacia Training was re-evaluated for the Matrix accreditation. This review proves that Acacia continues to meet the quality standard for information, advice and guidance for the internal and external services that it provides.

The encouraging report explained “Acacia Training Ltd understands that effective IAG is a key factor in the growth and success of a client centred business. Both formally and informally IAG plays a significant part in meeting candidates, employers, partners and staff needs”.

The report also looked at what the companies that Acacia provides training for, and what they thought about the service they receive. “They are really supportive and responsive to our needs; they are a very trustworthy company.”
